​Research Interests
​
​We are interested in the science, engineering, and social dimensions of hydrology in interdisciplinary research settings.
​​
Process Focus: Hydrologic processes across scales, hydrologic extremes, snow hydrology, water and agriculture, conservation practices, coupled hydro-environmental processes, water and public health, human-water interactions, water resources management, water quality.
Method Focus: Machine learning, explainable AI, causal inference and discovery, statistical methods, numerical modeling, remote sensing and GIS.
Application/Outcome Focus: Hydrologic monitoring and forecasting, stakeholder engagement, integrated risk assessment, resilience, decision support systems.
